On April 7-8, 2021, a RIAB Minerva Center online workshop will be held. The workshop will deal with "Egyptiaca Outside of Egypt." The meeting, which is initiated and organized by RIAB Center junior member Laura Gonnermann, will focus on Egyptian and Egyptianizing artifacts, architecture, and literature found throughout the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula, in order to gain a transregional perspective on the phenomenon of Egyptiaca.
