Yesterday, Jan. 19th, 2016, the 2nd workshop of the RIAB center was held at BIU, on the topic of the Origins of the Targum (see schedule here).
The workshop was very successful, thanks to the excellent presentations (including talks and hands on discussion of relevant texts) by all those who presented – and by the lively and very interesting discussions that developed during and after the various sessions. We were fortunate to have scholars and advanced students from various institutions, mainly from Israel but also from abroad, among the participants.
